Questions

Can I move panels like in Premiere Pro?

Yes. Drag a panel's tab onto another panel or to an edge and the layout adjusts.

Does it have keyboard shortcuts?

Yes: V selection, B ripple edit, C blade, A track select, Y slip, H hand, P pen, S split and M for a marker.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Editr runs in a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari. There is nothing to install and no plugin to add.

Is Editr free?
