Cut and trim video online

To cut a video in Editr, drop it onto the timeline and drag the ends to trim, or move the playhead and press S to split. The blade tool cuts wherever you click. Deleting a piece closes the gap on the main track.

Is Editr free?

You can start for free: sign in with Google and open the studio. The plans and what each one includes are on the pricing page.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Editr runs in a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari. There is nothing to install and no plugin to add.

Are my videos uploaded?

No. The video files you add stay on your device, in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Does Editr put a watermark on my video?

No. Editr does not stamp its logo on your exports.
